In this case, the client notifies mToilet of the desired pickup date, and our company fulfills the order within 7 calendar days.

Most orders related to the rental and delivery of portable toilets to the final destination are fulfilled very quickly—within 48 hours from the moment the order is placed.

The best service quality, ensuring customer satisfaction, is provided by regular portable toilet servicing, which is done weekly. There is also an option to clean portable toilets every two weeks, but certain conditions must be met—such as the number of users. Infrequent servicing, less than every two weeks, significantly decreases the comfort of using the toilets. For portable toilets rented for outdoor events, intermediate servicing is necessary. Regular cleaning of portable toilets is essential for the effectiveness of all servicing products used. The event organizer is responsible for the entire event, including preparing the area and obtaining all necessary permits related to the selection of the rented portable toilets' location, as well as ensuring conditions for vehicles servicing the transport and unloading of the cabins, allowing free access. The client should also ensure that the installation site is safe and provides access for heavy vehicles on a solid surface.
